All three chapters focus on one main concept which is communication. I believe communication is a very important subject, and it should be taught at an early age since I also believe it a talent and can be improved and developed: in a other word, it is very necessary for every person to try to build the communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with different people in different life aspects. Also, effective communication help people to improve their thoughts and gain practical experiences which help to have a deep talent in communicating and dealing with those around them. Effective communication with others gives you the opportunity to express yourself truly, communicate effectively with those around you, achieve the desired results with each group, make friends, and of course, effective communication gives the opportunity for better future opportunities! As it has been mentioned before communication with others is a talent. this talent should be developed because it is a very necessary talent to enter the minds of others and know their way of thinking and how to deal with them, especially that communication is important in all areas of life, whether, social or other, and whoever is unable to communicate will face great difficulties in his daily life. 

  Group one presented chapter three: intercultural communication. I believe communication between people is an art, and it is a talent that not all people possess equally, some have a great ability to communicate with others with different minds, orientations, culture and aspirations, and some lack the lowest levels of communication, and they cannot encounter with others because they cannot be interacting with them. A person cannot live in isolation from others, people need to communicate with each other in all stages of their life, starting with the family, school, university, work. They are exposed every day to many situations during their communication with others which means that they need certain skills to succeed and overcoming those situations! Understanding the interculture communication help different people from different background to communicate effectively, not just by learning their languages but also by learning about various people backgrounds such as food, religion and race. I found that communicating with people from different background gives you a wider view for things. I believe that people who are familiar with other cultures are better in communicating with others than people who are not!

 

   Group two presented chapter nine; communication in group. this chapter discus different types of communication starting from communicating with the family to different type of group such as social and internet group to communicating with team. Different groups means that the process of communication varies according to the means. We could effectively communicate via messages but not in person. Many people find that face-to-face communication is often more difficult than communicate via phone or e-mail, and each method has its own advantages and skills too, which must be acquired in order to master the effective communication process. I prefer to communicate face to face with close people such as friends and family and communicate with other via text or emails because it gives me a chance to organize my thoughts and deliver my ideas clearly. As any other relationships, communicating with group members has a stages each stage different issues and different nature of communication which develop healthy group relationship and solve conflicts.

  

 

 

  I believe that Communication is like a bridge on which ideas cross between minds, and it is also a wide and spacious space, through which people can spread their ideas to others, and they can also benefit from other experiences and Knowledge by communicating with them. Working in a group develop the ability of social skills, as well as developing the spirit of the group.  Working with group makes the you in the know with different social perspectives, this direct interaction with other people makes you  acquisition of social skills resulting from the interaction with those around you. Each group to which the person belongs represents a specific goal and at the same time develops a new skill for the person. For example, one of the most important skills developed by social groups is encouraging quite members to participate in conversations. in the other hand, internet group it encourages other to share their success stories.  As for virtual groups it allows members to meet from different geographical locations at their convenient time and place. for me one of the most important benefits of working in groups is that working in groups help members to stay motivated always.  Throughout my life I was a member of many groups, I always enjoyed working in work group because we can split the work between members which makes us finish the tasks faster and earlier! 

 Leadership is the ability to influences others and direct their behavior towards achieving a common goal. My group and I presented chapter ten; group leadership and problem solving. I enjoyed working with my group in this chapter and our work was smooth and effective. On contrary of my thought, I learned that group could have more than one leader. Group means common goal; therefore, all members of the group can participate in the process of the leadership to achieve the goal effectively and smoothly. I loved the idea of working in groups. Usually, there is no communication between students in virtual classes, but doing the work as a group give us the opportunity to get to know each other closely, and we were also able to add sense of humor to our work and communication. Communication is one of the skills I have been working on to develop, and to be more   I truly believe it is one of the most important skills in most life aspects. We need to communicate effectively with everyone to achieve the main purpose of communication, otherwise communication is useless. of course, some conflict may occur between members, the chapter also discuss a systemic process to solve problems which is very useful with dealing with conflicts.
